Hi!! i did not take inspo from ur character whatsoever, the only art of seen of Yours is your noelle art. My oc is completely from my own mind, and personally i dont see that many similarities other Than both of them having blonde hair and a white Base. And everything from the past has been somewhat solved and i've Owned up to it and apologized for it. No need to bring it back Up lol
